1. Appointment Booking
All consultations must be booked in advance through our website. Once booked, you'll receive confirmation via email and WhatApp.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late changes may not be accommodated.
3. No Shows
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show and counted as a complete consultation.
4. Our Vets
All veterinarians on VetKonnekt are licensed, experienced professionals carefully selected for their knowledge and compassionate approach to pet care.
5. The Process
Book your slot, choose your preferred mode and consult a vet. You'll receive a summary and prescription (if needed) post consultation.
6. Payment
Accepted Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., UPI, Google Pay). Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
7. Working Hours
Our vet consultations are available daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Bookings outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available slot.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to ensure a quality experience. If you are not satisfied, reach out within 24 hours and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
9. Etiquette
Please be respectful and cooperative during consultation. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in denial of service.
10. Changes to Policy
VetKonnekt reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time. Users will be notified of major changes through website or email.
11. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in case of failed bookings or technical issues. No refunds for completed consultations or no-shows.
